Testamatta Tales

Bibi Graetz, founder and winemaker for his eponymous winery, explains the mystique, creativity and dedication behind his flagship wine, “Testamatta” (crazy head in local dialect).  An avant garde artist, farming ancient garden vineyards, Bibi began creating his distinctive Tuscan wines in the early 2000s exclusively from indigenous grape varieties.
