Supply Chain Lead, Customer Service

I was born in Mexico, but moved to Santa Rosa to reunite with my family when I was 11 years old, since then California has been my home. I did not speak the language and struggled the first couple of years; I was used to being an A+ student back home and I was far from it at this time, but this only encouraged me to keep trying and overcome  all those difficulties. I was the first one in my family who made it to college. I  majored in Psychology and Child Development.   While going to school I started working part-time for Biagi (Wine Warehousing Business) to help pay for my books and school expenses; it was there that I fell in love with the wine industry and customer service.

After graduating, Biagi offered me a full time position that I took.  Throughout the years I handled different positions; one of those was Customer Service Representative which led me to being Folio’s direct contact for their account at Biagi for 4 years. I attained extended experience with Folio’s brands and wines and when I was presented the opportunity to become part of the Folio team I did not hesitate for a second and accept immediately.

I am excited to be part of Folio’s amazing team. We all share the same passion and love for wine.
