My passion for wine began while I was an undergraduate at the University of Alabama. I was waiting tables to pay my way through school and I had a table order a bottle of 1979 Chateau Margaux. Not only did they tip me well, they left me half a glass of wine.

I was hooked after that experience and this led me to a career in the wine industry.

I have spent the last fifteen years as a student of wine and the wine industry. I have worked for Morton’s Steakhouse and Shula’s on the Beach in Florida. I worked at Grand Vin, a wine bar in Key West, and for the last seven years I have spent time with distributors in both Florida and Alabama.
Having a chance to represent a world class portfolio with such diversity was the lucky break that I was looking for. I love being able to represent the Folio Fine Wine Portfolio as the North Florida Market Manager.

The opportunity to move back to Florida was one that my wife and I could not pass up. I was born and raised in Wisconsin and to be able to enjoy the outdoors all year makes Florida a great place to live. I enjoy running, reading and Alabama football, Roll Tide!
