Villa Sandi Negroni

A “mistaken” Negroni, with prosecco instead of gin.

Ingredients

– 1 1/2 ounces sweet vermouth
– 1 1/2 ounces Campari
– 1 1/2 ounces Villa Sandi Brut Prosecco

Directions

In a mixing glass, stir Campari and sweet vermouth with ice. Strain over large ice cubes into a rocks glass. Top with Villa Sandi Brut Prosecco and stir again. Garnish with an orange slice or twist.
