Its light onion skin hue may look pale, but the jasmine, rose petals and woodsy perfume defines a stronger character. Clean with an underlying chalky minerality, its fresh notes of watermelon, white flowers and strawberries strike a chord with crackling acidity. Nervy and delicious.”
