"Torrontés and Riesling - two grapes that have plenty of perfume - might not sound like the ideal pairing, but this 85/15 blend from Finca San Isidro and Finca Las Mercedes respectively has engaging lime blossom and sherbet aromas, plenty of sappy acidity, citrus and orange peel flavours and an appealingly dry finish. 2025-27"

"A unique blend, the 2024 Torrontés - Riesling spent two months on the lees before bottling. Pale green in hue, the floral nose features notes of jasmine, orange blossom and nard. Dry, rich and refreshing, the malic mouthfeel contributes to a heightened, invigorating palate."

"Two aromatic grapes paired together in the same wine might sound like too much of a good thing, but this cuvée of Torrontés and 15% Riesling has always been a delight. Lime, orange zest and a hint of tropical fruit sweetness are complemented by a hint of terpenes on the palate adding a pleasant bitter twist. 2024-25."

"The young and floral 2022 Blanco de Corte was produced with 85% Torrontés and 15% Riesling, two aromatic varieties where the Moscatel-like, orange-blossom aromas of the Torrontés dominate. It has moderate ripeness and alcohol (12.5%), keeping good freshness and mellow acidity and coming through as soft and tender. It finishes dry. 180,000 bottles were filled unoaked under a screw cap."

"Amalaya’s ultra-reliable white blend marries Torrontés from San Isidro with 15% Riesling from the Finca Las Mercedes. Drier than it tastes, this has some grip from partial skin contact, lime, green fig and tangerine flavours and a combination of texture and balancing freshness. 2022-24"

"The 2021 Torrontés - Riesling Blanco De Corte is 85% Torrontés and the rest Riesling from Cafayate. Yellow in color with a nose of citrus, jasmine and muscat notes along with a hint of mint, it’s fresh and easygoing with good fat and tension followed by a citrus finish. Excellent as an aperitif."

"I love the ultra young and fleshy 2020 Malbec that in reality contains 10% Tannat and 5% Petit Verdot. It's ripe without excess and was bottled after one-fourth of the volume spent eight months in oak barrels. So, the effect of the oak is not noticeable in the aromas or flavors, and the wine comes through as fruit-driven and juicy while still keeping the varietal profile. They produced no less than 720,000 bottles of this wine. It was bottled in September 2020."

"A blend of Torrontés and Riesling (15%) from Cafayate, this white makes a statement at a very competitive price. Pale yellow in the glass. The nose suggests lime and orange blossom with hints of rose and tropical fruit. The acidity sticks to the gums as part of a sparky palate and good body. Well-defined floral aftertaste."
