BRUNO GIACOSA’S PERFECT SCORE TOPS ITALIAN REPORT

Folio portfolio ranks 14 wines in the Top 100 for James Suckling’s Annual Italian Report

Napa, CA – Tuesday 12 November, 2019 – The 2015 Bruno Giacosa Falletto Barolo Vigna le Rocche has left US wine critic James Suckling ”speechless” as he released his latest Italian wine report today. Of the number one ranking, and perfect 100-point scoring wine, Suckling said:

“I am lost for words with this wine. Perfumed and so elegant with the most exquisite aromas of roses, plums and earth. Yet always subtle and complex. Full body and ultra fine, firm tannins. Fantastic finish that lasts for minutes. Try in 2026.”

In the report titled “Italy’s Incredible Year”, the Folio portfolio is a shining star, with nine wines scoring in the Top 50, 14 wines ranked in the Top 100, and 41 wines scoring 90 points and above. The Top 100 wines listed include:
