With a deep-rooted passion for true Texas hospitality, along with a love for wine, food, and spirits, my career has taken me through some of the state’s finest restaurants and hotels, working alongside many of Texas’ top chefs and hospitality professionals. These formative years laid the foundation for a successful transition into the wine and spirits distribution industry—a path I embraced fully and haven’t looked back since.

A native Texan, I was born in McAllen, raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, and attended Texas Tech University. I spent a decade in Austin working for renowned hospitality groups such as McGuire Moorman, La Corsha, New Waterloo, and Hyatt, with key roles at Perla’s Seafood & Oyster Bar, Congress, Second Bar + Kitchen, and Boiler Nine Bar + Grill. Over the years, I’ve held nearly every role in the restaurant and hotel industry, from the ground floor to executive leadership. Notably, I served as Assistant General Manager at the boutique Hotel Ella and later as General Manager of Austin’s original old-world wine bar, Vino Vino.

In 2019, I returned to McAllen after a brief venture in the cattle industry and joined Santa Fe Steakhouse and University Drafthouse as Corporate Service Manager and Sommelier.

In April 2020, I entered the distribution world with Victory Wine Group (now Johnson Brothers Maverick), helping to develop and grow the South Texas territory. In 2022, I relocated to Dallas, where I quickly rose to become one of the top sales reps in the state. In January 2023, I joined Vinello Wines, an innovative importer and distributor bringing new Italian wineries to the Texas market. As Regional Sales Director, I launched and managed operations in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and South Texas—gaining invaluable insight into the logistics and strategy of importing and distribution from a startup perspective.

My broad experience across hospitality and wine & spirits distribution has shaped me into a versatile leader, well-equipped to manage multiple markets and cater to a diverse range of accounts and clientele.

My journey through hospitality and wine has always been about people—connecting with them, serving them, and growing alongside them. I’m excited for what lies ahead and remain passionate about bringing quality, integrity, and a little bit of Texas charm to everything I do.
