Apprentice Winemaker

Wine has been part of my family for three generations.  My grandfather and father grew wine grapes from 1960 through the 1970’s in California’s central valley.  Growing up working on the family farm gave me a strong work ethic and a desire to be outside from a young age.  However, it wasn’t until 2007 that I officially started my career in winemaking.  I have had the pleasure of working with amazing small family-run wineries during my time in the wine industry.  I’m very excited to be part of Folio Fine Wine Partners and to contribute to their successes.  My wife and I currently live in Davis with our wonderful dog “Spud”.  I enjoy snowboarding, golfing, sport shooting, traveling, camping and cooking.
