Raised in sunny Scottsdale, I spent most of my childhood summers escaping the desert heat on my grandmother’s blueberry farm in Nova Scotia. After completing graduate school, I was fortunate to land at a public affairs agency working for a range of companies. Then following an intense few years working for a software startup, my interest in agriculture was rekindled with a visit to wine country. The beauty of the region, joie de vivre lifestyle, and the unique characters in the business prompted me to take WSET classes, start a wine blog, found a wine club, and ultimately switch to a communications career for one of North America’s largest wine companies. Since that time, I have worked with historic wineries, helped launch new ones, as well taught wine PR.

I am thrilled to join the team at Folio Fine Wine Partners to promote their celebrated family-owned wineries. Away from work, I can be found with my family helping tend our Russian River Valley vineyard, as well enjoying cycling and a refreshing paddleboard in beautiful Sonoma County.
