Tasting Notes

Fresh, dry and delicate, with aromas and flavors of strawberry and gooseberry leading to a balanced palate and crisp finish.

A match made in heaven when it comes to grilled fish, fresh greens or chicken. It is also a delicious wine to enjoy with light snacks and cheeses.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at 12-14ºC (54-57ºF).

100% Malbec. Alcohol 13.5%; acidity 6.18 g/L.

Grapes grown in the Uco Valley at an average elevation of 1,050 m (3,445 ft)
