Intense, elegant, unexpected... These three adjectives are a perfect description of our Cuvée Sublime. This Demi-Sec adaptation of our non-vintage blend has the well-rounded character of a fine wine. Generous and indulgent, it is almost creamy on the palate. The first rich, sweet mouthful will win you over.

Tasting Notes

Fragrances of vanilla, rum, tropical fruits and roasted pineapple gradually become unleashed. Intense flavors of cooked fruits, from gently flambéed pineapple and orange to slightly caramelized pear, delight the palate in a deeply smooth praline-lined embrace.

"A very creditable contribution to what has become an unfashionable genre is Piper-Heidsieck's NV Demi-Sec Cuvée Sublime, a lovely wine that wafts from the glass with aromas of honeyed peaches, fresh pastry, nectarine and caramelized citrus. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, with good depth at the core, racy acids and a fine mousse, concluding with a precise finish that avoids any suggestion of cloying sweetness despite its off-dry style. Expect it to sing with additional bottle age."
