LUKE Chardonnay is 100% Evergreen Vineyard, one of Washington's premier white wine vineyards. Burgundian in style, one-third of LUKE Chardonnay is barrel fermented & barrel aged. The result is a wine layered with notes of creme bruleé, vanilla, mango, banana peel and baked pie crust. A thin layer of minerality and acidity lengthen the finish providing a lasting impression.

    "Rich aromatics of melted lemon butter with seared scallops should be enough.The wine's vanilla bean and pineapple aromas are mere bonuses. Even the wine's mouthfeel is creamy and buttery, with flavors of peaches, mango, toasted filberts and just enough acidity to hold it all together."

    "The 2021 Chardonnay is more savory than sweet in the best possible way, as flinty crushed rocks give way to dried peaches and apricots. It soothes with its silken textures and ripe orchard fruits, coming across as seamless as mineral-tinged with juicy acidity adding further contrast toward the close. This tapers off remarkably fresh, buzzing with residual tension and energy as a note of floral-laced peach lingers on. This is a total pleasure to taste."
