Tasting Notes
Beautiful golden dress with green tints. The nose is intense and reveals notes of peach and apricot. In the mouth we find a toasted side, grilled due to undergrowth, accompanied by fruity touches. The attack is frank, the finish lingering and unctuous.
Food Pairings
This Chassagne-Montrachet will go very well with crustaceans and shellfish in light sauces (scallops au beurre blanc, lobster in a champagne sauce), fine roasted fish (John Dory, Turbot), poultry à la crème, and with relatively mild cheese such as Brillat-Savarin.

Situated in the south of the Côte de Beaune, Chassagne-Montrachet is renowned for its prestigious white wines. The soil that is suitable for the production of white wines is principally brown limestone. The area of vine cultivation is divided into 22 different climates for its 70 hectares of Premier Cru white wines. Exposure: easterly and south-easterly. The plot "Les Chenevottes" is ideally located nearby the Montrachet Grand Cru.

Beautiful golden in color with glints and highlights, the aromatics reveal notes of peach and apricot. On the palate, hints of toast give way to fruit and earth followed by a refined finish.
