Bruno Giacosa's winemaking philosophy combines a respect for tradition and conservative winemaking with the selected use of modern technology to obtain the best expression of each vineyard's terroir. The "Azienda Agricola Falletto – di Bruno Giacosa" labels represent the estate vineyards, and comprises 22 hectares of vineyards within the Serralunga d'Alba, La Morra and Barbaresco areas. The grape growing and winemaking processes are followed through with care from beginning to end, culminating with vinification and ageing within the cellars in Neive.
