Connie Green and Sarah Scott, authors of The Wild Table: Seasonal Foraged Food and Recipes will guide you through an afternoon of simple, hands-on preservation techniques for seasonal wild foods with goodies to taste and take away.  From Elderberry Shrub to Pickled Chanterelles we will explore the taste of the wild side of Napa Valley along with wines from the Michael Mondavi Family Estate, nestled in the rolling hillds of the Carneros region.  Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and dive in to an afternoon of wild fun and flavors!
